By using this site or downloading any of the free guides, you agree to the below. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Short version: enjoy the materials, don't redistribute them, hold me harmless if something doesn't work for you.

The free guides

The free PDFs (Chord Bible, Cheat Sheet, etc.), backing tracks, and any other materials I send you are for your personal practice and use. Specifically:

• ✅ Play them, transcribe them, share them with your guitar teacher, study them with your students.
• ✅ Use the licks and concepts in your own music, public performances, recordings, songs — that's the whole point.
• ❌ Don't redistribute the PDFs, audio files, or any course content as your own. Don't sell, repackage, or include in another product without permission.
• ❌ Don't post the files publicly (file hosts, torrents, Discord servers, etc.) — these are for the people who opted in.

Paid courses (if you ever buy one)

Same rules apply but more strictly: paid course content is licensed to you personally, non-transferable, no refunds after 30 days. Specific course pages may have additional terms — those override these general ones.

Comments + community

If you reply to an email, leave a YouTube comment, or post in any community space tied to this work — keep it respectful. I'll delete spam, harassment, racism, or anything cruel. I reserve the right to ban repeat offenders without explanation.

Disclaimers

• I'm a guitar teacher, not your doctor, financial advisor, or therapist. Nothing on this site is medical or financial advice.
• If you injure yourself practicing (it happens — RSI, tendinitis), see a qualified physical therapist. The practice times in my guides assume normal warm-up and stop-when-it-hurts judgment.
• I do my best to make sure everything works as described, but I make no warranty that any specific lesson will make you a better player on any specific timeline. Music takes time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my total liability to you for anything related to this site or my materials is capped at the amount you've actually paid me (which, if you only have the free guides, is zero).

Changes

I may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, I'll email the subscriber list. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA, where I live and work.
